DeepSeek Harnesses the Kiro Plugin

`dsh-llm-aws-kiro` is a standalone plugin that integrates the AWS Kiro service into DeepSeek Harness. It automatically manages Kiro credentials (including CLI login and IDE token), supports silent refresh and region resolution, and maps DSH's inference capabilities to Kiro's effort schema. Once installed, it can be used directly by configuring `cordis.yml` without modifying the Harness itself.
